MARTÍN SIMIAN
He has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2003.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the professional field.
Prior to being part of the TP CONSULTING team, he has served as Senior of International Tax Services of Ernst & Young in Argentina, in Mazars Argentina, and in the International Tax Office of the Techint Group.
He has actively participated in tasks related to international planning, transfer pricing documentation compliance, policies configuration, corporate valuations for tax purposes, and due diligence processes.
His professional experience includes work in prestigious companies. Among others we can cite: Tenaris Group, Ternium Group, Tecpetrol Group, Techint Group, MercadoLibre, BairesDev, Toolbox, Auth0, Sales de Jujuy, Yamana, Avature, Barenbrug Palaversich, Nabors, Intertek Testing Services, Publicis Grup, Omnicom Grup, Interpublic Grupo, Radici Grupo, Cosco Shipping, among others.
He has served as a teacher in the Transfer Pricing Master’s Degree at the University of Belgrano. He has participated as an exhibitor in different Forum seminars and the Argentine Association for Tax Studies and training courses on tax issues.
He is fluent in the English language.
GUILLERMINA LUCANERA
She has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional del Sur in 2007. She has a specialization in Finance from the Rosario Foreign Exchange.
She has more than 10 years of experience in the professional field.
Prior to being part of the TP CONSULTING team, she has served as experienced assistant at International Tax Services of Ernst & Young in Argentina, and as Specialist in Client Financial Management of Accenture in Diamond clients.
She has actively participated in tasks related to international planning, transfer pricing documentation compliance, policies configuration, corporate valuations for tax purposes, and due diligence processes.
She has served as a teacher in Introduction to Economics at the Universidad Nacional del Sur.
She is fluent in the English language.
